Registration Information, Options and Policies

Payments for programs and classes are due at the time of registration. Payment MUST be made at the time of registration to avoid being deleted from the course. Complete information is required to process all registrations and payments. Registration will not be processed without appropriate payment !
You have four convenient options for registration
- Online (Web): Pay by credit card, debit card, or webcheck (checking account information processed online)
- Mail-in: Pay by credit card or a check
- In person: Pay by credit card or check at any one of the WD&CE Customer Service locations. Note: cash payments are only accepted at the Cashiers Office on the Rockville, Germantown, or Takoma Park/ Silver Spring campuses.
- By Fax: Payment must be by credit card. Fax # 240-567-7860

Special Instructions for Au Pairs: In addition to the completed registration form, Au Pairs must also complete the B&I form with their employer. Note the additional documentation letter/passport/Visa, as listed on the B&I form, which is required at the time of registration.
